As part of the visit to Vietnam by the Working Group headed by Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ilzat Kasimov, bilateral meetings were held on December 23 with a number of leading Vietnamese companies, the press service of the Ministry reports.
In particular, discussions with Masan Group focused on prospects for cooperation in the exploration and processing of critical minerals. Meetings with Sovico Group addressed potential collaboration in the fields of transport, urban development, tourism, and the banking and financial sector.
Special attention was given to accelerating the implementation of ongoing projects with ROX Group in the areas of tourism and urban development. Negotiations were also held with Vingroup and its subsidiaries – VinHomes, VinPearl, and VinFast – during which the parties discussed the implementation of investment projects in priority sectors of the economy.
Following the meeting with Vingroup, a Cooperation Development Agreement was signed to further strengthen and expand mutual partnership.
