Uzbek authorities launched an “ambulance” to solve business problems

The Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade, together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, launched the Ambulance to Entrepreneurs online platform.

“Support for entrepreneurs and exporters is one of the most important priorities of the state. In practice, many of the problems faced by the business have been left without a solution for a long time. Now these problems can be solved thanks to a new online platform, “the ministry said.

The main goal of the tadbirkor.mift.uz site is to respond as quickly as possible to the appeals of entrepreneurs and help them.

All an entrepreneur needs to do is register on the site using a TIN and phone number, choose a business line, fill out a form of appeal, describing his problem in detail, attach documents and photos [if any]. After that, the application will be immediately sent for consideration.

Most importantly, the entrepreneur will have the opportunity to monitor the status of the appeal in his personal account. The decision on each appeal will be under the control of the Ministry of Investment and Trade, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan.
