Within the program:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2180\" data-end=\"2878\">\n<li data-section-id=\"nx3dws\" data-start=\"2180\" data-end=\"2346\">cooperation will be established on a contractual basis with local and foreign experts (consultants) and the private sector, with participants selected for training;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pffz44\" data-start=\"2347\" data-end=\"2496\">participants will be provided with knowledge in entrepreneurship fundamentals, including business project development, market entry, and expansion;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1rja5ze\" data-start=\"2497\" data-end=\"2676\">upon completion, participants\u2019 knowledge will be assessed, and certificates from the Youth Affairs Agency will be awarded to the top 1,000 participants who achieve high results;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"z37949\" data-start=\"2677\" data-end=\"2878\">certified participants will be eligible for loans of up to 500 basic calculation units at an interest rate equal to 50% of the Central Bank\u2019s base rate, for up to 3 years with a 6-month grace period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2880\" data-end=\"3149\">From August 1, 2026, newly established farms led by young people will receive free accounting and reporting services for 2 years from centers operating under district farmers\u2019 councils, regardless of whether they grow cotton or grain, provided membership fees are paid.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3151\" data-end=\"3384\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">From July 1, 2026, the state will compensate part of the costs of connecting youth-established businesses to engineering and utility networks (electricity, drinking water, and sewage) in an amount of up to 10 basic calculation units.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Presidential Resolution \u201cOn additional measures to implement the \u2018Youth of New Uzbekistan \u2013 2030\u2019 Strategy for 2026\u20132027 and to ensure youth employment\u201d (No. PP\u2013148 dated April 20, 2026) has been adopted, the press service of the Minisrty of Justice reports.
