Four new online government services have been launched on the Unified Portal of Interactive Government Services (UPIPS). This was reported by the press service of the National Agency for Project Management.
In order to improve the recognition of education documents issued in foreign countries, from September 1, 2019 the following public services are launched:
– Submission of an electronic application for nostrification (establishing equivalence) of a document on education issued in a foreign country;
– Filing an application for recognition of a document on secondary or secondary education issued in a foreign country.
Both services are provided exclusively in electronic form through EPIGU and public service centers.
In addition, to further improve the public administration system in the field of intellectual property, increase the investment attractiveness of the country, and also taking into account the tasks identified by the Action Strategy for the five priority areas for the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 – 2021, on September 1, 2019 the public service is launched: to register a trademark in the applicant’s name exclusively in electronic form through EPIGU and public service centers.
Also, in pursuance of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 14, 2019 No. 672 “On measures to further improve the provision of public services for issuing permits for drilling water wells”, from September 1, 2019, legal entities are issued permission to drill water wells on their appeals through the EPIGU or public service centers.
