On April 23, Akram Aliev, Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade, met with a delegation from Green14, a Swedish innovation firm, led by its founder Adam Podgorski, the press service of the Ministry reports.
Founded in 2021, Green14 specializes in developing sustainable production methods for critical materials utilized extensively in the electronics, energy, and heavy industry sectors.
During the meeting, the international partners commended Uzbekistan’s favorable investment climate and expressed a strong interest in pursuing joint initiatives within the geological sector. The Swedish representatives confirmed their readiness to implement new projects focused on critical mineral extraction and the advancement of powder metallurgy within the country.
The parties conducted a detailed discussion regarding the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation, with a particular emphasis on the collaborative launch of high-tech manufacturing facilities and the production of high-value-added goods leveraging advanced Swedish technologies.
