These include expanding the partnership in privatization, enhancing the country’s investment attractiveness, developing the financial market, promoting petrochemical projects, and joint investments in artificial intelligence technologies.
BlackRock is a major investment firm specializing in asset and fund management, as well as financial services. In 2026, the company’s assets under management reached $14 trillion.
