MIIT and the Vietnamese company ROX GROUP have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at the implementation of large-scale investment and construction projects, the press service of the Ministry reports.
Under the agreement, the parties plan to develop multifunctional residential complexes in Tashkent and Bukhara. This initiative marks a significant step forward in enhancing the urban infrastructure of Uzbekistan.
ROX GROUP is a Vietnamese company founded in 1996. It operates in the fields of real estate, technology, hospitality, and financial services. With over 2,000 employees, the company is actively expanding its international footprint, including in European markets.
The signing of the Memorandum opens up new opportunities for strengthening Uzbekistan–Vietnam economic relations. It also facilitates the introduction of advanced technologies and international expertise into Uzbekistan’s construction sector.
