The Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia

On May 7 of this year, Laziz Kudratov, the Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade, met with Marko Đurić, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, the press service of the Ministry reports.

During the meeting, the parties discussed current matters regarding trade, economic, industrial, and transport cooperation between Uzbekistan and Serbia.

The participants noted a mutual interest in deepening practical engagement across strategically significant sectors, including mechanical engineering, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, information technology, cybersecurity, and tourism.

The parties welcomed the entry into force of the Economic Cooperation Agreement, which establishes a robust legal framework for the continued development of bilateral relations.

Following the discussions, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further intensifying practical cooperation, advancing joint projects, and strengthening direct ties between the business communities of both nations.
