The Deputy Minister of MIIT held a meeting with the leadership of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC)

Ilzat Kasimov, Deputy Minister of MIIT, held a meeting with the leadership of the world’s largest construction corporation, China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), the press service of the Ministry reports. The foreign delegation included Wen Bing, President of the Corporation; Tian Weiguo, Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Construction Fifth Engineering Division; and top executives from CSCEC International and China Construction Sausum.

CSCEC maintains a dominant position as a global leader in the construction industry, ranking among the top 14 of the Fortune Global 500 and leading the ENR list of top international contractors. The corporation is implementing significant projects including the reconstruction of Tashkent’s road infrastructure under EPC+F terms, the development of a solar power plant, and the construction of the Haitong City multifunctional complex.

The primary focus of the dialogue was the analysis of current joint investment programs and the exploration of opportunities for their strategic expansion.

The participants reaffirmed their commitment to this strategic partnership and expressed readiness to further strengthen cooperation to expedite new initiatives. Particular emphasis was placed on maintaining regular direct contact to accelerate the transition of prospective projects into the practical implementation phase and to fortify long-term bilateral collaboration.
