On September 18, Azizbek Isoyev, Adviser to the Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held a meeting with a delegation of China Southern Power Grid Industrial Development Group, the press service of the Ministry reports.
The parties discussed the development of a modern EV charging network in Uzbekistan, in particular the creation of relevant infrastructure along the Tashkent–Khorezm route.
They also explored opportunities to localize charging equipment, develop service infrastructure, and form a pipeline of promising investment projects.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to continue practical work on the preparation and implementation of specific projects.
