Uzbekistan and Belarus are interested in building up cooperation in industry

Belarus and Uzbekistan are interested in building up cooperation in the industrial sector.

This was discussed at a meeting between Deputy Industry Minister Dmitry Kharitonchik and Chargé d’Affaires of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Belarus Rakhmatulla Nazarov, BelTA reported.
During the meeting, the results of the foreign economic activity of the past year were discussed. In particular, positive dynamics was noted in the mutual trade between the two countries in recent years.
The parties confirmed the need for further progressive development of mutually beneficial relations between the industrial sectors of the republics.
In addition, key events have been outlined for the upcoming participation of industrial enterprises of Belarus in the first Tashkent International Investment Forum and the exhibition “Innoprom. Central Asia”.
