Uzbekistan to start exporting melons to Pakistan

Uzbekistan will soon start exporting melons to Pakistan. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan with reference to the words of the head of Chemical Business Fakhriddin Nabiev.

In the first stage, the enterprise plans to export 40 tons of melon from the Syrdarya region to Pakistan.

By the end of the year, it is planned to supply 2.5 thousand tons of fresh and dried fruits to Pakistan.

Recall that drivers from Uzbekistan for the first time made cargo transportation through Afghanistan to Pakistan. Uzbek drivers, who traveled 2,760 km along the route Tashkent-Termez-Mazar-i-Sharif-Kabul-Peshawar-Karachi, delivered a cargo (frozen meat) to Tashkent from the port of Karachi in a week.
