A Cooperation Agreement was signed between “S.Verenin’s Legal Group” Law Firm and “Management Company of Technopark “Chirchik” JV LLC

On June 2, 2023, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between “S.Verenin’s Legal Group” Law Firm and “Management Company of Technopark “Chirchik” JV LLC.

The main objectives of the Agreement are:

• assistance and support in joint projects, activities of the Technopark in the process of searching for and attracting foreign investment;
• providing assistance to foreign entrepreneurs in obtaining information about the reforms taking place in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• ensuring the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of Technopark residents as business entities;
• holding joint events on strengthening international trade, economic and investment ties;
• development of proposals for the development of domestic brands of export-oriented products;
• preparation of draft regulatory documents, analytical and methodological documents, publication of scientific papers, holding round tables and seminars on the activities of the Technopark.

For reference: The industrial park in the city of Chirchik, Tashkent region of the Republic of Uzbekistan, is designed to localize the production of foreign companies on the territory of Uzbekistan. The technopark has a developed engineering infrastructure with connection points to power supply networks within walking distance from any land plot and building.
The residents of the site are small and medium-sized businesses engaged in the field of low-tonnage chemistry, polymer processing, energy, mechanical engineering, resource conservation and energy efficiency, and medical technology.
